Dr. Kress obtained his Medical Doctor degree in 1976 from the West Virginia University School of Medicine. He completed a year-long General Surgery internship and two-year Plastic Surgery residency before gaining his board certification from the American Board of Plastic Surgery in 1982. He has over 25 years of surgical experience.
