Dr. Kress is a board certified plastic surgeon. As a patient considering any surgical procedure it is your right to know the qualifications of your surgeon and his staff, their training and experience, and your surgeon's present society affiliations and their requirements for membership.

Dr. Kress and his staff are constantly attending seminars and conferences to evaluate and learn about the latest techniques and devices. We make it our mission to review demonstrations and evaluate all of the competitive products before incorporating new technologies to ensure their safety and efficacy.

We strive always for honesty and integrity in all dealings

Beware of the surgeon who begins by telling you what you ‘need' without listening to what you want. Sometimes additional, complementary procedures should be considered but your surgeon should suggest and fully explain those to you only after listening to your goals. In addition, you have the right to know who will be performing your operation; "Supervise" is not the same as "perform". You should always know who you will be likely to see during your recovery period. Most importantly, you have the right to know what can go wrong, how likely that is, and what happens then.

It is our policy never to recommend any procedure more expensive or complex than necessary to accomplish your goals. You have the right to know the cost of your procedure (no surprises); this includes the surgeon's fee, the facility fee, the fee for supplies or implants, laboratory fees, and the anesthesia fee when appropriate.

As a patient of Dr. Kress and his staff, you have a right to personal privacy and confidentiality provided by competent, courteous and professional individuals. All of our staff has been chosen because of their skills and their friendly, caring attitude. Accessibility to staff and Dr. Kress at all phases of your treatment (and beyond) is of paramount importance to us. Our specially trained staff is always happy to lend a hand with cover makeup for emergencies, vacation skin care planning or just looking your best for special events.
